Project Free Hospitality, led by Muhammad Raj and his team, aims to help those in need. In Dhaka’s bustling streets and narrow alleys, many people need help finding even a simple meal. For them, good food is a luxury. Many nights, they go to bed hungry.
We also focus on helping orphans who face similar hardships. Throughout the year, they rarely get to enjoy a nutritious meal. They must rely on the generosity of others for their basic needs. Because, “Allah says of Paradise that it is for those: Who feed with food — despite their own desire for it — the indigent, and the orphan, and the captive”(Surat Al-Insan, 76:8).
We make a difference every week by serving high-quality, cooked meals to these vulnerable groups. Our menu includes delicious dishes like goat meat or chicken tehari and hilsa polao.
We can provide meals to at least 1500 to 2000 people each month through our efforts. Watch these pictures showcasing the impact of our Hospitality Project.
